Our Detailed Goals
This program is designed to tackle youth unemployment by combining short vocational courses with career coaching and placement partner networks.
1. Skills for Employment
We provide practical digital and vocational training that matches real industry needs, helping youth develop skills that lead to immediate earning and job opportunities.
2.Career Readiness
We prepare youth with the confidence, communication skills, and workplace habits they need to step into professional environments and begin their career journey.
3. Placement & Internships
We help youth access practical experience by linking them with employers and local businesses for internships and entry-level opportunities.
4. Access & Inclusion
We support women, rural youth, and underserved groups with flexible timings and accessible training so everyone can learn and grow.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Each cohort runs for 12 weeks and includes hands-on labs, guided learning modules, mentorship hours and a final project that showcases each student’s employable skills. The structure blends theory with practical experience so learners can apply what they learn immediately.
WHO SHOULD JOIN?
This program is ideal for young people aged 16–30, recent school or college leavers, unemployed graduates and individuals seeking to change or start a career. Anyone motivated to build digital or vocational skills can join.
STUDENT SUPPORT
We provide dedicated learning support, access to essential training tools, mentorship from experienced trainers, career guidance, and help in building portfolios or resumes. Through continuous follow-up and career support, we ensure every learner stays motivated and job-ready.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
- Train over 300 youth each year in employable digital and vocational skills.
- Support at least 60% graduates in securing jobs, internships or earning opportunities within three months.
- Provide continuous guidance and entrepreneurship support to help youth grow long-term.
